After making his name as one of the lead singers of Deep Purple and recording two solo albums (White Snake and Northwinds), vocalist and future Rock and Roll Hall of Famer David Coverdale formed Whitesnake in Middlesbrough in 1978.
Having gone through numerous line-up changes over the years, the band currently is comprised of Coverdale with long-time drummer Tommy Aldridge, guitarists Reb Beach and Joel Hoekstra, bassist Michael Devin and keyboardist Michelle Luppi. In addition, Croatian rocker singer, keyboardist and guitarist Dino Jelusić has also come on board.
Whitesnake announced they will release newly remastered and remixed deluxe editions of Restless Heart, along with previously unreleased demos and studio outtakes and a DVD including new interviews with Coverdale on 29 October 2021.
