The tour begins in October with stops in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, where it will return via Switzerland in 2025. A tour not to be missed, during which Nino will offer the audience great music and strong emotions with his greatest hits from the 80s.
The 'ragazzo della curva B' will celebrate the more than 40 years of his extraordinary career with a big 80s party, with songs that have played their way into the hearts of many generations, such as A' Discoteca, an anthem in the Italian discos of the 80s, Jamaica with its addictive rhythm, Popcorn e Patatine, a song that accompanied the film of the same name and tells of the beauty of carefree love, Maledetto Treno, a touching song with moving lyrics, and many other hits, not forgetting Napoli, which recently became the official anthem of the Azzurri team.
Nino D'Angelo's career is characterized by an extensive artistic output and his versatility as a singer, actor and musician. Six appearances at the Sanremo Festival, a David di Donatello, a Ciak d'Oro, a Nastro d'Argento and a Globo d'oro for the music of the film musical Tano da morire by Roberta Torre, co-organizer of the 1998 Dopo Festival, artistic director of the Trianon Viviani Theatre in Naples and a concert at the Teatro Real San Carlo in honour of Sergio Bruni.
These are just some of the highlights of a career that began in 1976 and has since made Nino D'Angelo one of the most beloved artists by audiences and critics alike. One of the highlights of his life was the mural of the artist Jorit in San Pietro a Patierno, commissioned by the residents of the Neapolitan neighborhood where he was born, in recognition of the fact that he was always close to the people with his works.
