Charity Eden (lead singer of Lover) attended the Eras Tour on 31 March 2023, had the privilege of a front row seat on the floor, just three metres away from Taylor – and was completely enchanted by the show! But the longer the tour went on, the more expensive the tickets became, making it almost impossible for most fans to attend – let alone get so close to the stage. Charity felt inspired to give more people the chance to experience the Eras Tour – and so the era of Lover began!

Who is Charity Eden?
Charity's musical background is impressive. She is a Texas-based musician who captivates her audience with her charisma and powerful, expressive voice. At the age of seven, she was already taking every opportunity to perform – whether in churches, at school festivals, talent competitions or even at the local Opry in her hometown of Wylie, Texas.
Inspired by artists such as Adele, Paramore and, of course, Taylor Swift, she creates a sound that not only inspires, but transports listeners to another world. Charity has a remarkable talent for thrilling her audience and creating a connection – just like Taylor Swift.
Her love of music continued to grow over the years and accompanied her through her studies. She graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT), one of the most prestigious music colleges in the world, with a degree in music, specialising in vocal performance. Even then, she was doing what she does best: networking. This allowed her to perform with some of the most talented musicians in the country – whether in local clubs, churches, at weddings or corporate events, always accompanied by first-class fellow musicians.
Charity has been leading her own band for over 15 years, playing guitar, piano and even bass. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of music theory, ear training, leadership and networking, she has made her mark on the music scene in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 2023, she finally released her own music and established herself as an original artist. Her songs are available on Spotify and Apple Music under ‘Charity Eden’.

Creating a show that came close to the Eras Tour was no easy task – but Charity was determined to create an experience that reflected the most successful tour of all time as authentically as possible. To realise this project at the highest level, Charity even quit her job in wealth management and has since devoted herself full-time to Lover – without looking back. With a dedicated team, she brings the shows to the stage and has built up a considerable fan base. From humble beginnings in local clubs, it quickly developed into an international tour: Lover has already performed in Japan, Kuwait and across North America, with upcoming shows in the Philippines, Canada and beyond!
