Leo Leoni: ‘Krokus are the role models of our youth and we are proud to share the stage and are really looking forward to two fantastic rock evenings!’
Chris von Rohr: ‘The direct meeting of these two bands is always something special for us Krokus. And I also have a part of my history with Gotthard.’
With 16 No. 1 albums, Gotthard is the most successful band in Switzerland. All of their studio albums except their debut reached the top of the Swiss charts, seven of which even made it into the top 5 of the German charts. Their impressive track record earned them the Diamond Award for selling over a million albums in Switzerland. With over 2,000 concerts worldwide, Gotthard have been touring Europe and Japan as headliners for over 30 years and have played as special guests for rock greats such as the Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Bon Jovi, Scorpions and AC/DC. Three times honoured with the Swiss Music Award, Gotthard is now a permanent fixture on the European rock scene. With their brand new studio album STEREO CRUSH (release 21 March 2025) in their luggage, they will present a new set for the first time.
50 years of Krokus! Truly a reason to celebrate. No other Swiss rock band has left more of a mark here and abroad. They have rocked on countless stages with the biggest bands in the world and have been honoured with gold and platinum awards in the USA and Canada. Their music is still played today, especially on American radio. Her back catalogue is impressive and her fans include Alice Cooper, Jack Black and Lars Ulrich. Rihanna wore their shirt and they became honorary citizens of Memphis, Tennessee. Today, Krokus play more joyfully and better than ever before - as many concerts across Europe show. A highlight, apart from the local festivals, was certainly their Wacken performance, which resulted in the thrilling No. 1 live album. The English music journalist Malcom Dome put it this way: ‘Krokus have been among the best the hard rock scene has to offer for decades’. The band shows how to celebrate genuine, handmade, unpolished rock in an authentic and dignified manner even after five decades.
Krokus: ‘Today we play every concert as if it could be our last and enjoy it to the full. And this special Krokus spirit is a special feeling - for us and our loyal Easy Rockers.’
