“In 2025, BABYMETAL will enter a new era. The METALVERSE will expand and we will travel to a world we have never experienced before, with new songs.” - THE FOX GOD

Following this announcement from THE FOX GOD, global metal sensation BABYMETAL have announced their first ever arena tour of Europe, set to kick off in May 2025. In their native Japan, BABYMETAL have headlined arenas and stadiums multiple times and have been playing huge shows for years. However, with the exception of a record-breaking, sold-out show at London's OVO Arena Wembley in 2016, the band have never had the opportunity to present their great arena show to European audiences. Now fans can look forward to a show that promises to redefine the BABYMETAL live music experience for audiences across the continent as they perform in some of Europe's most prestigious venues, culminating in the UK at London's O2 Arena.

After two groundbreaking performances at Yokohama Arena, celebrating the birth of MO-MOMETAL in spectacular fashion, BABYMETAL released their highly anticipated concept album THE OTHER ONE in March 2023 to great acclaim, introducing fans to a new era of BABYMETAL's sound. This new era was the beginning of a journey that made 2024 a turning point for BABYMETAL and underlined their evolution into a groundbreaking force in the music world.
Before embarking on a festival tour that summer, BABYMETAL released the hit single “RATATATA” in collaboration with ELECTRIC CALLBOY, which reached #1 on the US Billboard Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart and has received nearly 100 million streams in the few months since its release.
